Ichi Ni San's owner is a chef in her own right, learning the art of cooking from her grandmother and traveling around the country meeting people from every walk of life. But it was in Naples that she fully understood her true passion was in pursuing a career in the restaurant industry. This resulted in Ichi Ni San being opened in Daytona where customers are served authentic Thai and Japanese food.
