Every dish set on a table, every bite you taste and every new recipe you try has been years in the making and heavily influenced by the beautiful cultures of Thailand and Japan where food goes above and beyond. Ichi Ni San's owner is a chef in her own right, learning the art of cooking from her grandmother and traveling around the country meeting people from every walk of life. But it was in Naples that she fully understood her true passion was in pursuing a career in the restaurant industry. This resulted in Ichi Ni San being opened in Daytona where customers are served authentic Thai and Japanese food. Here we live to present amazing cuisine and to always set our standards high with an innovative menu.
